Simplicy

ANY relationship on ANY level is just like a bank.  

For your account to be in good standing, you'll want to make more DEPOSITS than withdrawls.

Not all of my relationships are wealthy...

...but the RICHEST and most fulfilling  relationships in my experience have one simple rule: 

DEPOSITS need to EXCEED withdrawls on a regular basis.

Its not hard. It's actually an amazingly simple process, just take out your pen and write out what you're greatful for and what makes you smile. 

Then write down how you can help other more doing what you do.
