A year ago I sat down in a semi lost state, anxious and depressed about my life purpose.

This is actually incredibly common in today world. Anxiety depression questioning whether what your doing is the right path. the shaking and clawing feeling of not really knowing what you're doing but that you're doing something... 

You become wracked with questions like "what am i doing?" "am i doing enough?" "why am i here?" "am i good enough?" The questions paralyzing you.

That moment was when i sat down and wrote everything down... and i mean everything.

Goals. Skills. Talents. Hopes and Dreams.

Putting pen to paper and making a flow chart of where i wanted my life to go. It was essentially my first experience in extended goal writing. Really putting thought and effort into every word every sentence and every path i could take to make sure i was going on the right path.

That's what i want to share with you all, that pen held so much power. allowing me to put down on paper exactly what was important and memorable. with relief and hope washing over my body. encapsulating those feeling and memories past present and future for the enjoyment of today.
